Rodney House Outreach Services for Early Years

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated person to provide city‑wide outreach support, advice and guidance to school nurseries and Early Years teams, offering specialist guidance to help children with emerging SEND needs.

 You will be able to strengthen inclusive practice through training, modelling, and collaborative working with staff and services. 

The post requires a person who has a sound knowledge of child development, excellent communication, listening and inter-personal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The above post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references and will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
