About The Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time, 27.5 hours a week
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications Required: Qualified Teacher Status
Salary: £52,074 - £57,482 per annum
Start Date: 1st January 2025
The successful candidate will possess the ability to share their practice, work with a positive and optimistic outlook and relentlessly drive forward improvements across the whole school.
The successful candidate will have evidence of outstanding classroom practice with a creative approach and determination to raise standards and will have high expectations for pupil achievement and progress.

About the Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has got good communication skills and is a team-player
Has the ability, imagination & inspiration to lead and further improve a strong and effective team of teachers and teaching assistants within the school
Uses innovative in your approach to curriculum development
Has a proven record of designing and implementing action plans for school improvement and can demonstrate your impact
Has the ability to think critically, creatively and be decisive
Has drive, enthusiasm and sound common sense
Has strong emotional intelligence and are relentlessly positive!
Has proven track record in delivering or leading outstanding teaching and learning
May have some experience of performance managing others.
Will be able to lead by example and inspire colleagues to consistently deliver exemplary practice.
This is a key role in championing the highest standard of practice within the classroom.
