Casual Car Documentation - The successful candidate will be a designated Casual Car User which means that car journeys may be necessary on an occasional basis, but are not essential to the role. If you do drive, you must always hold a full valid driving licence and provide your own car for use at work, as well as provide all the appropriate documentation. You will receive an allowance per mile of business use.

About the Candidate

We would love to hear from you if you have experience of: 

  • Great Communication Skills : Can effectively communicate complex information to all levels of staff, adapting the style of communication as necessary and ensuring that this information is understood
  • Analytical Skills : ability to absorb, understand and quickly assimilate complex information and concepts and compare information from several different sources. Ability to present information using simple descriptive statistics, mathematical averages, percentages, appropriate tables and charts
  • Planning and Organising Skills: Ability to formulate independently a range of options of new or unfamiliar situations and select the appropriate course of action to produce a logical, practical and acceptable solution
  • IT Skills: Ability to use multiple applications, systems and associated software packages
  • Financial Management: Ability to monitor expenditure and ensure that financial targets are met. Be able to clearly present financial information both verbally and in writing to support organisational decision making
  • An understanding of decent homes legislation, HHSRS, Net Zero targets and the key issues relating to its achievement.
     

    The experience below would be beneficial but is not essential:  

       

      Previous relevant experience in an asset management role working with MRI asset management system
