Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications Required: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification
Salary: £22,369 - £24,054 pro rata

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Team.

Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) unit consists of a 26 place Nursery and 1 Reception class with 30 pupils.

St Mary’s C of E Primary School, Moston is a warm and friendly school. We have a dedicated staff team and governing body and were judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in November 2018. We are committed to continuing to make improvements and ensure the very best standards for our children.

About the Candidate

The successful candidates will need to:

Have knowledge and experience working with the EYFS Framework
Have a passion for working with children and enhancing their development
Have the skills and knowledge to support children with a range of needs, using effective strategies to promote positive learning
Be confident being responsible for a group of key children
Have previous experience of supporting EYFS Children
Proven class and behaviour management skills
Be someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to challenge, inspire and motivate the children
Be open to new ideas and committed to working as part of the school team
Show a commitment to on-going professional development
