Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, 8.30am – 4.00pm
Number of Positions: 1
Salary: The starting pro rata salary is £19,882 and the full time equivalent is £20,552
Start Date: 1st September 2024

We are looking to appoint an Administration Officer to work in the school office.

We are looking to appoint somebody with experience of working in an office. In particular with experience of working on a busy reception.

Applications would be warmly welcome from bi-lingual speaking candidates but candidates must be able to converse at ease and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

About the Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

Experience of a busy office
Experience of a schools database
Experience of note taking at meeting
A strong commitment to providing a first-class administrative support to the Leadership team
Their own professional standards and expectations
